  23. NOTHING is worth trying to contact a human being at USR.  If your
  24. order was complete, feel lucky.  I've been trying forever just to
  25. contact a person at USR to send me the chip puller.  So far I've even
  26. gotten 2 people to tell me they would send one.  Of course, I haven't
  27. seen anything.  Is it worth it?  I'd give it a resounding ** NO **
